""Coldwater would not have gotten as far with recovery works nor gotten the services our evacuees or Band received without RIC."

The Coldwater Band has benefited from Rebecca Innes Consulting (RIC) disaster recovery project coordination services. RIC has kept the Band on task and budget and ensured we keep contact with all that continue to assist us with recovery as there are many nuances that Band Administration would not necessarily have the time or skill to do throughout all phases of disaster recovery. Coldwater would not have gotten as far with all the recovery works nor gotten the services our evacuees or Band received without RIC.

Band Administrator / Back Up I.R.A,  Coldwater Indian Band

"RIC went above and beyond to help us land over six figures in funding to support our recovery initiatives."

Before working with Rebecca Innes Consulting (RIC) we didn’t have a clear way forward from the catastrophic flooding, wildfire, and heat dome events of 2021. RIC helped us identify, assess, and implement a thorough strategy and project plan to help us rebuild our community.

Diana Norgaard

Emergency Operations Center Director / Social Development Coordinator, Coldwater Indian Band

"We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rebecca Innes Consulting to anyone seeking emergency management services."

The department of emergency preparedness and planning had the sincere pleasure of working with Rebecca on the Treaty 6 Emergency Preparedness Speaker Series. She was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. Of note, the department found her ability to envision new ways of doing emergency preparedness particularly impressive.

"I believe that training like RIC provided will be key for all of us."

I believe that in the future, all Economic Developers will have to consider some degree of sustainability. Disasters are arriving faster than our capability to respond. That’s why I believe that training like RIC provided will be key for all of us.
